Creative Clubs
UA Mriya Creative Clubs include Drama, Vocal and Dance classes for children in Galway. Our students develop their creativity, stage confidence and performance skills while taking part in concerts, theatre productions, festivals, cultural events and international competitions, proudly representing UA Mriya, Ukrainian culture and the Ukrainian community in Ireland on the international stage.
Creative Clubs
The creative clubs were the very first activities that marked the beginning of the UA Mriya community. Today, they are an essential part of our school, helping children develop their talents, creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
Our classes are led by experienced teachers who support every child in discovering their creative potential while fostering a welcoming, inspiring, and encouraging environment.
Our Creative Programmes
🎭 Drama
Age: 9+ years

Concerts, Performances & Events
Life at UA Mriya extends far beyond the classroom. Throughout the school year, our students have many opportunities to perform, showcase their talents, and gain valuable stage experience.
Each year, our Drama Club presents two major theatre productions, while our creative groups take part in concerts and seasonal celebrations organised by UA Mriya. At the end of the academic year, we hold our Annual Showcase Concert, where every student has the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and present what they have learned throughout the year.
Our students also regularly perform at events organised by both the Ukrainian and Irish communities, participating in cultural celebrations, charity concerts, festivals, and community events across Galway.
An important part of our creative journey is participation in international competitions and festivals. These events give our students the opportunity to represent UA Mriya and Ukrainian culture on international stages, gain invaluable performance experience, meet young performers from different countries, and proudly represent the Ukrainian community in Ireland.
